Chalet Condor Andino...
The whole family will enjoy a mountain holiday at Chalet Condor Andino at any time of year, thanks to its sauna, hot tub and gym.
The free shuttle bus stops just 100 metres from the chalet, allowing you to get to the slopes of La Giettaz and Megève, as well as the entire Évasion Mont-Blanc ski area, with over 400 kilometres of ski slopes.
Outside the ski season, Combloux offers plenty of hiking and mountain biking trails for all levels. The biotope swimming lake and pump track for mountain bikers are both less than a 10-minute drive from the chalet.
Nicknamed “the pearl of Mont Blanc” due to its superb views of the mountain, Combloux has a mini-market, a butcher's, a bakery, a pharmacy and several bars and restaurants. A weekly market selling local produce is organised each Wednesday morning. You will find more options in nearby Sallanches, Megève and Saint-Gervais.

About the property…
Chalet Condor Andino is a spacious three-storey property for up to 12 guests, with five bedrooms and four bathrooms.
The garden level is all about wellness, with a sauna, a hot tub and a gym, along with a TV, a shower and a WC. Next door is a comfortable home cinema with a large screen and a selection of DVDs.
The ground floor is dedicated to the large open-plan living room, with direct views on the Mont Blanc. A central fireplace makes for a cosy atmosphere, and there are balconies on two sides, one of which has a table and benches. The living room has two comfortable seating areas, each with a television. There's a modern, fully equipped kitchen and a large dining table where you can all sit down to eat together. There are separate toilets on this floor, and an exercise bike.
The first floor is home to Chalet Condor Andino’s five bedrooms, two of which have televisions. Three of the bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms or bathrooms.
The two south-facing bedrooms are double rooms with access to a balcony. The two north-facing bedrooms open onto the garden – one is a double room and the other has two single beds and a TV. The beds in this room are electric and there's a grab bar in the shower room, making it suitable for people with limited mobility. The final bedroom is designed for four children, with two sets of bunk beds.
There's a separate shower room on this floor, as well as a toilet and a spacious landing opening onto the balcony.
On the practical side, a lift connects the three floors of Chalet Condor Andino, making access easier for guests with limited mobility. The property has a ski room, a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, as well as a garage for one car with three additional outdoor parking spaces.
About the area…
Combloux, a little-known gem nicknamed “the Pearl of Mont Blanc”, is located just a few kilometres from Megève and Saint-Gervais. With a lively centre and local shops, this resort combines the charm of a traditional Savoyard village, spectacular views of Mont Blanc and the Aravis mountains, as well as numerous activities for guests of all ages.
In winter, you can access the Évasion Mont-Blanc’s 400 km of slopes with a single ski pass. There’s another 192 km of pistes for all levels in the Espace Diamant, just a 30-minute drive away. Experienced skiers can ski the Vallée Blanche glacier in Chamonix, while non-skiers can enjoy snowshoeing or dog sledding.
During the rest of the year, you can explore the various hiking and biking trails of the area, or board the historic Mont-Blanc tramway for a less strenuous day out. Cool off in the ecological swimming lake in Combloux, or head to the Thermes de Saint-Gervais (12km) for spa treatments and pampering. Other activities include mountain biking, climbing, via ferrata and paragliding.

As experienced winegrowers, we decided to develop our knowledge in Argentina, at the foot of the Andes. We were already passionate about the French Alps, so we were able to appreciate the majestic landscape of the Andes every day.
But we missed the Mont Blanc of our youth...
This chalet reflects our experience in Argentina.
